1. Product Authenticity and Decanting Process
Aura City offers decanted fragrances that originate exclusively from authentic, original retail bottles. Each decant is transferred using lab-grade equipment in a highly sanitized environment to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and product integrity. We do not alter, dilute, or add any ingredients to the fragrance. The content of each decant is transferred as is from the original source bottle.
While our standard atomizer color is gold, Aura City reserves the right to substitute the atomizer with another color of equivalent quality if gold is unavailable at the time of fulfillment. This substitution does not compromise the authenticity, quality, or volume of the product delivered.
2. Health and Allergy Disclaimer
Aura City shall not be held liable for any adverse skin reactions, allergies, or health issues that may result from the use of any fragrance purchased from our store. Perfumes contain a range of natural and synthetic ingredients that may cause irritation or allergic responses in certain individuals.
We strongly advise customers to review the full list of ingredients for the original fragrance, which can typically be found on the official brand’s website. Customers with sensitive skin, known allergies, or health concerns are encouraged to consult a medical professional prior to use. By purchasing from Aura City, the customer assumes full responsibility for any such risks associated with the product.
3. Limitation of Liability
Aura City disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall Aura City be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
