Shipping
We ship all orders via USPS from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are generally shipped next business day. However, please note that shipping may take up to 3 business days depending on the volume of orders.

We only ship within the United States and its territories, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. We ship your order exactly as entered during checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our products, which include perfume decants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. As these items are not sealed and involve direct contact with personal use products, accepting returns would violate health and safety regulations. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if we made a mistake on your order, such as shipping the wrong item or sending a damaged product. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation. Defective items and/or damaged products can be returned for a replacement if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Issues & Delivery Problems
In the event of any issues or problems with your delivery, we handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any issues, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Misdelivered or Stolen Shipments
Auracity is not responsible for shipments claimed to be lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the package has been delivered to the correct address listed for the shipment. A shipment is considered delivered once the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided during the ordering process. If you believe your shipment has been misdelivered or stolen, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
